A bespoke bottle is usually the difference between a product that looks like a private label and one that looks like a brand. Because the mould shops sit inside the base, a drawing can become a physical sample in 7–12 days rather than the four to six weeks a trader working outside the cluster needs.

A custom glass bottle is a five-step project. Here is exactly what happens, and how long each step takes.
Share your specification
A drawing, a 3D file, a competitor sample or even a photo. We confirm capacity, neck finish and decoration.
Mould making & sampling
Tooling at a partner mould shop inside the base, usually 7–12 days. You receive a physical sample, not a render.
Sample approval
You test fit, weight and decoration. The mould is revised until it matches your standard.
Production & inspection
Forming and annealing at the factory matched to your order, with in-line dimensional checks and visual inspection.
Decoration, packing & export
Frosting, spraying or printing, then divided cartons, pallets and full export documentation.
What we can put on the glass
All decoration is available inside the base, so the colour you approve on the sample is the colour you get on the fifth reorder.
Acid frosting
A uniform matte surface etched into the glass itself — it cannot peel, unlike spray frost.
Colour spraying
Opaque, translucent or gradient finishes, matched to Pantone or a physical sample.
Metallising
Gold, silver and rose-gold coatings for collars, caps and full-body finishes.
Screen printing
Up to six colours, fired onto the glass for dishwasher-resistant permanence.
Hot stamping
Foil lettering for a metallic logo without the cost of a metallised body.
Labelling & sleeving
We can apply your labels or shrink sleeves so the pack arrives retail-ready.

Standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces per size and colour for moulds already in the base's library. Where we can run your bottle on an existing mould we can quote from 5,000 pieces, and trial orders are negotiable for new customers.
Yes. Send us a drawing, a 3D file or even a physical sample. Mould partners inside the base cut new tooling and press samples in 7–12 days, and the mould cost is refundable against volume orders.
Frosting, colour spraying, screen printing, hot stamping, electroplating and labelling are all available inside the base. Because we place the decoration with the specialist that suits your quantity, the colour you approve on the sample is the colour you get on the fifth reorder.
Incoming glass is checked against specification, dimensions are measured in-line, and each batch passes visual inspection plus a leak and drop test before it is packed. Third-party inspection through SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged at your request.
