When you submit an inquiry we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, country and message content you provide. We also record the page the inquiry was sent from and the originating IP address for spam prevention.
Why we collect it
We use your details solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and correspond about orders. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties.
Who sees it
Inquiries are stored on our own hosting account and are visible to our export sales team. Where a courier, freight forwarder or inspection agency needs your details to fulfil an order, we share only what is necessary for that purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses functional cookies required for it to operate. Where analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, and are not used to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained while there is an active commercial relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes. You may ask us to delete your inquiry records at any time, provided no statutory retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored inquiries is restricted to authenticated staff accounts.
