The Mapo Production Base
The Mapo glass bottle base in Tongshan District, Xuzhou — where forming, mould making, decoration and inspection sit inside one industrial cluster.
Where the bottles are actually made
The Mapo glass bottle base in Tongshan District, Xuzhou concentrates forming, mould making, frosting, spraying and printing inside a single industrial cluster. Working inside that base every day is what lets us match your bottle to the right line and hold the price at source.
Because the base is dense, a bottle rarely has to travel far between steps. Molten glass is formed and annealed at one factory, frosted or printed at another a short drive away, and packed for export at a third. We coordinate that route so your order is not handed between strangers.
It also means we can be honest about capability. Some lines are better suited to small cosmetic runs, others to high-volume Boston rounds. Matching your bottle to the right one is most of the work, and it is the part a trader sitting outside the cluster cannot do.
What the base covers
Every step your bottle needs exists somewhere inside the cluster. Our job is to place each one with the factory that does it best for your quantity and finish.

Come and see the base for yourself
We arrange customer visits and third-party audits inside the base, including SGS, BV, Intertek and TÜV. Tell us the date and the scope and we will set up line access, the documentation and a translator. Xuzhou is about two hours from Shanghai by high-speed rail and has its own airport.
From your drawing to a palletised export carton
A custom glass bottle is a five-step project. Here is exactly what happens, and how long each step takes.
Share your specification
A drawing, a 3D file, a competitor sample or even a photo. We confirm capacity, neck finish and decoration.
Mould making & sampling
Tooling at a partner mould shop inside the base, usually 7–12 days. You receive a physical sample, not a render.
Sample approval
You test fit, weight and decoration. The mould is revised until it matches your standard.
Production & inspection
Forming and annealing at the factory matched to your order, with in-line dimensional checks and visual inspection.
Decoration, packing & export
Frosting, spraying or printing, then divided cartons, pallets and full export documentation.
